Salon Policy

As a courtesy to our other guests and our team, please give a 24-hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling for an appointment. Your stylist may assign cancellation fee may be applied for same-day cancellations.

Yes. Parking is available in the back of the salon, first-come, first-serve. 3-hour street parking is also available.

Our primary mode of Standard Shipping is USPS First Class. Rates are calculated by the weight of your shipment. You may choose any of these options at checkout:

Store Pickup (San Diego, CA)
USPS First Class Package (1-3 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Business Days)
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 Business Day)

We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $50. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and other US territories. Shipments may take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. All purchases are roasted-to-order, packed and shipped from San Diego, California. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States.

Absolutely, you may pickup your order at our salon. At checkout, select the Store Pickup option. You may contact us to schedule a time to pickup your purchase. There is no fee for selecting Store Pickup.

At this time we do not ship international. Customs laws in various countries make it difficult to accept beauty products.
